501 (c)(3) Nonprofit Requests

We are very excited that you would ask us to support your 501 (c)(3) Nonprofit; if you fill out this entire form, we will review your request. Any gift certificate will be considered a donation to your Nonprofit. The gift certificate will need to be picked up during business hours at Peasant Village Restaurant. The gift certificate will not exceed $50; will not be able to be used as tip or for purchases of alcoholic beverages. The gift certificate will gradually expire, beginning 2 weeks after your event, 100% until 2 weeks, then will decrease in 25% increments until the value reaches $0. The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash.
